Ric Bresee, MPP for Hastings–Lennox and Addington, visits VON Meals on Wheels
Cindy Weese, our Greater Napanee Site Manager, invited Mr. Ric Bresee, MPP for Hastings–Lennox and Addington, to tour the Napanee site and participate in a Meals on Wheels delivery route. This was all in recognition of Seniors Month and how VON supports local seniors.
On the morning of Wednesday, June 21, Bresee toured the site to learn about our services in Napanee and surrounding area. MOW volunteer Pat Elliott took Bresee along on her route to deliver nourishing meals to clients. Bresee took a moment to chat with each client he gave a meal to.
